• Works supervision including quality control, Review detailed designs and execution drawings
• Preparation of monthly progress reports
• Preparation of variation orders, as required
• Inspection of the works at substantial completion and carry out day-to-day site supervision
• Preparation of final bills and contract completion report
• Monitor adequacy of manpower, machinery and other resources to meet targets
• Co-ordinate review meetings
• Monitor implementation of all necessary precautions and safety measures during construction and before onset of monsoons
• Generate and compile reports for Government Department as required under the contract agreement
• Assist in any other provisions/ activities included in the EPC contract
